  Converstaion Stoppers, do they really work?

  remember, the topic in the reasoning book, conversation stoppers.

  well, did they actually work against you or for you?.

  are there conversation stoppers that you use now at your place of work or the bar, or with your significance other, that you use?.

  Mall cop ; good one. I use something like give me free tickets for my kids to see the show then I'll give you $2 or if you knew what I know about charities and how they spend you $$$$ you would be embarrassed for asking...

  i spent years on kent's site watchtower observer.

  i think he had more info about hard to find wt material than any other site i ever read.

  does any one here have a cd or active links to kent's old stuff.

  bLACK SHEEP; I can't tell how good kent's site was. if and old time very smart poster like CHASSON comes out of the woodwork to say watchtower observer was the best site he ever read , I may agree with him. I know I spent 100's if not 1000's of hours reading kent's site years ago. there was lots of hard to find info just on one site

  GB Samuel Herd on "Angels and Women"

  i find it interesting that samuel herd (as co) promoted the book angels and women in his talk "fear of giants".

  he called it a fascinating book, once you pick it up you cant put it down without reading it from cover to cover!

  he also mentions that russell wrote the foreword of the book and that it can be found in the gilead library.. .

  why would gb member sam herd talk about a book that says it was channelled from DEMONIC ANGELS. i just can't get it. I guess old sam knows no jw will ever read it . so it's OK TO LIE ABOUT HOW GREAT SATANIC ANGELS ARE... JW'S ARE COMICAL

  Outlaw; yes kent had a lot of stuff more about the wts and the nazi's than anywhere else . I think that was one of my first sites also. I did many a night of reading there.

  Did JWs use you to get their time in?

  this has happened to me on more than one occasion.

  a jw suddenly notices you at the hall and asks to work with you.

  this continues for a while and then you are dropped.

  I used to have many biblical arguements with jw's once I started telling them they can't count time on me and to swear to Jehovah they will not count time talking with me. they get pissed and never want to talk again. works like a lucky charm
